Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. The family moved into Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. His father, who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and directed the soil conservation district located in Casper.
